INDEX TESTING
Index testing, also known as partner notification or contact tracing, is a case-finding strategy in which HIV-positive individuals' sexual or needle-sharing partners and biological children are identified and offered HIV testing using a variety of methods.
PREP AND PEP
PrEP or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis is the use of anti-HIV medication that keeps HIV negative people from getting HIV. It greatly reduces the chance of getting HIV from sex or injecting drug use when taken correctly and consistently. PrEP is for people without HIV who feels they might be at risk of getting HIV. PrEP is effective, safe and free. We are committed to your health and offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PREP) as a powerful method of preventing HIV transmission. PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is a medication that lowers your risk of contracting HIV from sex or injection drug use.
